There's a Big World Out There

"...Bigger than prom, bigger than high school, and it won't matter if you were the prom queen or the quarterback of the football team or the biggest nerd. Find out who you are and try not to be afraid of it."

Senior year is such a crazy part of our lives. It is the ending of something we have become used to, and the beginning of something new and scary.  We get a chance to achieve goals we have been striving towards for the last four years.  The decisions we make this year can affect how the rest of our lives turn out.

In my opinion, this year will be one of the best, craziest years of our lives. Let me capture this special year in senior portraits.

I try and get a little bit of everything, for everyone. From the simple, traditional poses and headshots for the graduation invitation (for mom!); to the modern, fun pictures to show who you are and where you have come from. Price ranges from 50$ to 75$, which includes a disc and rights to the images.

A Great Adventure is About to Begin

Annie has been my friend since I was one year old.  We have been at every single one of each others birthdays.  That is why it is so special that she is letting me take her pregnancy pictures.  These are not the final pictures, I want to wait until she is bigger and we have more time for a photoshoot, but these rough drafts turned out beautiful!

L is for the way you look at me

Once again, I needed help with a photography assignment.  And once again, my wonderful friends helped me out.  Tres and Jessica both came out to my house to model and to thank them I took some couple pics for them.  They turned out really cute.  I am defiantly  going to need to take their engagement/wedding pictures!

My guitar is not a thing...

...It is an extension of myself.  It is who I am. -- Joan Jett

Rachel is not only a amazing musician, she is a beautiful girl, inside and out.  I needed a guitar player willing to model for an assignment I had, and Rachel was completely willing and helpful.  Not only did I get more than I needed for the assignment, I got some great pictures of Rachel and her guitar.  She is utterly beautiful.

Sunshine on a Cloudy Day

Sometimes rain can ruin a photoshoot, but Cady and I did not let that happen.  We decided to dance in the rain.
Cady was helping me get some pics for my photography class, I never knew homework could be so much fun!  We took two different approaches to the rain situation.  First, we wanted to do something fun and colorful.  Then, I thought it would be neat if we went along with the rain theme, and made the pics kinda deep, and depressed like. I think they turned out beautifully!
